algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello all,

Im facing quite of an issue right now. I have a list of zoning "descriptions" in a list. I want to sort these descriptions by key words. Example:

Item nr 1 "community made up of residential families"

Item nr 2 "industrial light zone"

Item nr 3 "local business"

Right now these items are all in the same list, but the end is to sort them into 3 categories: residential, commercial and industrial.

So if the string contains: words like "residential" "family" etc it goes into residential. (2 key words used)

words like "business" "shop" etc it goes into commercial. (2 key words used)

It would be ideal to be able to generate various key words for each category, not just one.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Foolish me thinking a scriopt would be needed, this is exactly what I was trying to achieve.
Thank you Hyungaoo.

Update: Some descriptions contain many key words aka: "office apartments"

So this is sorting that item in both residential and office.

Anyone has any idea on how to solve this?

I will continue thinking...

Something like this? See white group.
