Sort Diagonal list to Vertical list

Hey guys,

I've been stuck at this problem for a while now. I'm trying to sort these points which is originally from a diagonal points intercept into a vertical grid. Any ideas, thanks in advance. 

Attached are the whole gh file and 3dm.

Lol, That's why i couldn't get it to work. I've been culling the same list that I use for the closest points. Should just cull the flatten list.
