algorithmic modeling for Rhino

python input and output confusion

I have 2 questions...

Question:1

I want to display that result from "a" but, always it comes from "out" , Why!?

and I don't understand what does the message from "a" mean!

Question:2

I set an array to x and expected the result is same as Question:1 but something went wrong...

It seems the program gets only one data from list , so it runs 5times I guess...

undisplayed Python is almost same as another one just like "input1 = x". So I thought "out" result is same as upper Python's one...


plz help me!!!

1. The "out" parameter is the same as the console out (the text box below the scripting window in the GHPython editor). You should NOT use this for passing data downstream.

2. Your attached Grasshopper file is empty.

I know!! That's why I put 'a' as output port. but it came that "IronPython. NewType ..."
