(SOLVED) VB script not working on newly installed Bootcamp (WinXP).

Dear everyone.

I'm setting up a new system for an exhibition and suddenly my VB script is not working! It was working fine at home* so I don't think there is a problem with the definition itself.

The script is outputting "Null" instead of lists of points.

Here is the setup:

Mac Mini
Dual screens
Bootcamp
Rhino SR9
.Net 2.0 Framework
Grasshopper 0.8.0007
Firefly
Arduino Uno

(The Firefly stuff is working fine.)

I would be very grateful for help! (Exhibition opens Thursday...)

I got this message when trying to double-click the VB script component:

System.Xml.Linq doesn't exist yet in .NET 2.0 you'll need to upgrade to .NET 3.5

I suspected it was something like that.

(The Grasshopper installer launcher in Rhino? asked for 2.0)

Should I not use ".Net Framework 4" ? (Sorry, I don't have a clue about these things...)

.NET 4 is required for Rhino5. You don't need it. I'm not entirely sure it will work for Rhino4. You're better off with 3.5

Hello there, I have the same problem, that little window is popping up and I cant use some plug in, the result of the definitions are not coming out, appears null......

how can I solve this, laptop is running rhino 5 beta.....
