Solid Union "Boolean set is empty" not true

Hi guys! i'm trying to recreate "Polygon Prototyping" definition by FrankS since i couldn't find it enywhere. Everything is working fine and i have a very complex structure, the data tree i think it's correct since, for example, in each path {0}; {1}; {2};... there are 6 closed breps and i also have the same number of paths (with the same numbers) with one sphere inside each one. (i tested if the breps in {0} correspond to the sphere in {0} and it's okay)  

The problem is that when i input these two into the Solid Union component it says "Boolean set is empty" and it outputs only three solutions (these trhree are right) instead 297. What could be the problem???
