algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Solid Diference

Hi,

I recently made a surface on which I projected a voronoi diagram, I piped the voronoi and now I wish to subtract it to the original surface to create the gutters. I’ve already used solid difference and trim solids but I can’t figure out how to make work.

One thing for sure, make sure you are using the new version of grasshopper, at least 0.9.0051. There is a new pipe component.

I usually check two things when doing solid difference/union or other such intersections:

Closed Breps for all inputs.

Matching data trees for the desired output..
