Snap to straight wire

What would happen if the following component precedes it. The straight wire would go backwards through the component and not really give an indication that there is an output wire there.

While this is true I am not suggesting that the wires change from bezier curves, but instead that you can simply snap a selected component's input to the preceding component's output so that the wires are striaght.

Oh I see. We could call it the OCD function :)

 

Whilst straight wires is not a feature have you used the Align Widget?

Also Alt+Arrow Keys allows you to nudge components
