smoothing mesh pipes nodes

Hi Everyone

I'm facing a problem to join mesh pipes. I'd like to make the junctions like the image below.

And I'm trying to use the wavebird Catmull-Clarc subdivision component, but it doesnt work as i expected.

Does anybody knows if the Catmull-Clarc subdivision component works with mesh pipes? Like in this image below

Im also sending my algorithm if anyone would like to see it in order to help-me
