SLOOOW 3D CIRCLE PACKING DEF.

Hi everybody,

I'm new in grasshopper designing, and having some trouble with this first definition.

I guess maybe it is because the double extruding instead of simple, but for some reason when I set it to extrude in only one way, some of the circles go inside and the others outside (only need the outside ones). As a result, when I set more than 50 or so circles, it makes my computer crash.

Any help will be appreciated!

Try this.

It is usually not a good thing to set stuff very far away from the origin (in your case 1 million meters is perhaps not needed), I internalized the surface near the origin and fixed the orientation for extrude problem.

Also, this method of packing is not the best, Kangaroo is better for that.

and... one other question if possible...

now i need to set some attractors to make the circles a bit random, using the definition I posted before (completely newbie and no programming knowledge, don't dare to try other things I can't control yet).

any help please? I'm chasing something like this image:
