Slingshot! - SQL syntax for SQL Insert Command

Hello,

I am trying to identify the correct SQL syntax to use with the "SQL Insert Command" when the "Update" is toggled to true. 

The attached represents my current best guess, but as you can see, MySQL does not like the syntax starting with very first column name.

Yes, thanks, spotted that (sorry, all, for the sloppiness!) but after fixing that the problem persists, leading me to think that the syntax error is elsewhere.....attached in an updated version that continues to not work....
