Skew 2D geometry

Both shear components seem to be completely broken, at least in Rhino6.

The attached C# script seems to work, inputs are slightly different from the two standard components.

Thanks for the script David, I have being trying it during the week and haven't figured out how the input points effect the skewed grid other than by visual inspection. My application will involve skewing the grid in 2D only. I have a specific angle with respect to the x-axis I need to skew the grid too.Would you be able to explain the inputs please?
