Rhino viewports do have ways to export their content to a bitmap with arbitrary resolution, but making sure the camera set up is exactly right may be quite tricky. It may in fact be much easier to draw some simple geometry from scratch using GDI+ instead of the Rhino viewport, but that would only be an option if the geometry is pretty basic (ie. points, curves and maybe filled polygons, any sort of advanced shading wouldn't work).
