algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi all .I want to know if is possible to optimize this definition, what i'm find is to achieve a surface front that follows a sinusoidal pattern from which to derive the balconies of the building. I wish I had more control over the curves of the loft building by reducing the max and min of the curves in a more controlled.
I attach the file and hope someone can help me. I'm sorry for my bad English.
thanks to all.

Both files are undownloadable. Don't know why. Just hope it's not due to sinusoidal repleneration.
