Since that file uses two types of component I don't have, any chance of you explaining the logic of a single panel?

I want each panel to rotate separately.

So each panel is a section of the major surface, using IsoTrim, and you want to rotate each one around the axis that connects the top two points of each quad?

How about the direction of the UV curves? They don't seem to match your panelling direction. And what about the trimming of the surface? Do you want to limit the panels to the inside of the surface only?

Yes! each panel is a section of the major surface.

I want to rotate the panels around the upper axis of each panel.

Hi.

Sounds like not a good idea ,anyway,

if you really want individual control of each panel, then try "Gene pool".

Gene pool is a kind of bundle of number sliders.

Could you send me the script please?

Here it is.
