Simple Kangaroo Surface from Grid

Hi, 

I have a simple issue with creating a surface from a grid of points that has been created with a kangaroo definition. I think I can use patch as well, but I am guessing that unless I loft the curves (which I am also interested in figuring out) that those are the only options. 

I have attached my GH file with the lofted curves internalized.
