Shortest Walk Input C

Hello

I am new to Grasshopper. 

I was trying to link a couple of points which are connected via Proximity 2D which creates the links in between the points, which I am going to input into Shortest Walk component.

I understand that the Proximity 2D gives output as a number of lines which overlap and behave like a curve(?). I tried to use the removeDuplicateLines from the Kangaroo components.

However it doesn't seem to be working.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
