They are separate components for a long time now. They do not exist anymore in menu options.

You can find them as components from Sets>Lists>last group.
They are used to synchronize the size of lists. In [Shortest List] each output returns a sublist of its input, from 0 to the size of the smallest collection in the inputs, [Longest List] from 0 to the size of the longest collection. [Cross Reference] combine inputs in useful ways for distributing the items, for example, for each item in list A, give me the entire list B.
