Shoji Lattice pattern

Hi there, I am really glad by putting all the bit of pieces of tutorials together finally achieve the results that i want for the lattice pattern of shoji screen. But there are two imperfections. The first is the interval box i created including the first one and the last one I do really get rid of and I am not sure what command can i archive that. The second is the interval boxes i created does not aligned to the frame. Does anyone can throw me some guide lines? Cheers

ShiftList is the simplest way to get rid of items at the ends.

A shift by 1 will drop out the first, -1 the last item.

Your interval box problem seems already answered.
