Shifting issue with column pipes

Hi Guys,

I have copied an exercise to the 'T' and for some reason this hasn't turned out right and I have no idea why not?

The pipes should connect with the corresponding points between the bottom and top circles? But mine seems to be attracted to only a couple of them??
