Shatter problems

Hey guys/gals

I'm trying to to shatter a curve via a point I've extracted from Curve Line Instersection, but it just won't! What am I doing wrong?
And also how do I delete a certain curve outcome of a shatter?

Use the t output from the clx component instead of the P.

It still gives me a single line when I bake it
