Closed curves need two parameters to be cut, it may be that?

Hello,

Here is the entire definition,

I want to fillet the bottom but I get no result, so I tried applying a circle in every element. 

It doesn't work either.

Hi.

You should isolate intersection point of each curve using graft and do the shatter operation.
