algorithmic modeling for Rhino

shapefile utility error

I'm trying to use the "Import SHP" to read a shapefile, but I get this error:

1. Error while parsing LaJolla_Export_Output: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

What am I doing wrong?

I can see the curves when I open the file in ArcMap

You first must install AccessDatabaseEngine, https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=13255

Does it have to be the 64 bit version?

I tried installing the 64 bit, but it gives me this error

So I installed the 32 bit, but the import still does not work
