algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I created a Rhino surface (.3dm attached) with the help of a .ghx file found here and attached (choosing the Klein 2 object option).  The GH code produced naked edges at the two surface edges where the singular surface is supposed to self join.  I've seen other discussions of what I think is the same issue and it appears a Rhino JoinEdge command is recommended with absolute tolerances set low, but I can't seem to resolve the issue attempting that technique.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Tom,

Thank you for that thoughtful response.  I'm only with 6 months Rhino experience and even newer to GH but suspected as much. I've been playing around with manually adjusting the seam and not having much luck. Tried to split off the naked edges by trimming near, then loft between the two new edges but that hasn't worked so far.  Any command suggestions to get me headed in right direction?
