Screen Façade Design

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you knew of a way to make the screen Facade like the one on the Airspace Tokyo building. I have no clue where to even start. I looked in the forms and on google but did not see anything like this.

any help would be great

Just saw something like this and it said vorono. would this be a vorono with a fillet command?

its called "voronoi" and I assume that you can use the button that exists within grasshopper.

You have to give some points and then the voronoi cells are created.
