algorithmic modeling for Rhino

scaling question

hi everyone,

 

i am stuck with a scaling problem. what i wonna do is create  a bunch of circles along the division points of a curve-then scale those circles up/down and both of it at the same time (like a hyperbolid)... i can do up or down-scaling with the scale comp and a domain... but up from start to midpoint and down from midpoint to end is only possible if i use 2 cull comps... (pic)...

 

does anybody know how to do this in one step/with one operation?
