Scale 1d

Wondering what is a good surface component to use based off a Rhino model in Grasshopper for being able to scale1d in all directions with sliders. I make replacement parts of parts that vary by .01-001" in all directions and it would really be cool to be able to change the model on the fly before CAM. I have had success getting a surface with B-rep mesh, but not sure if that is the best component for the job. Thanks
