algorithmic modeling for Rhino

rows and colums on a isotrim srf

hi guys!

i have a subdivided surface with triangles, say u=10

v=10

i need to select the triangles in rows or in colums (u or v direction)

this can de done by listing or culling the triangles

but this selection is not parametric, meaning when i can the u-v subdivision of the surface, my culling or listing gets freaked out.

i asume this can be achieved with the data trees components, but i can not get it to work.

i have been looking around with the new search grasshopper tool.....with no luck
