Rotation of ribs

Hi Guys,

Completely stuck on this question in class.

Would be great if anyone could lend me a hand.

I need to section the lofted surface in 2 directions like waffle ribs for laser cutting. However at least one of these ribbing directions need to be other an 0 and 90 to the world coordinate system. 

Attacked in the question.

Thats great! I am now just still confused as to how to rotate the ribs to an angle other an 0 or 90, whilst still staying with in the domains set.
