Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi, ım a new user of grasshopper and i want to ask that when we have an attractor point what such thing we should use to have the component size changes seperatly. for example when i rotate the shapes on the points all the surface rotates not the polygons themselves.

Hi Emily,

Can you post a screen shot of your definition and what it's doing or alternatively post the 3dm and ghx files so that I can get a feel for what you are trying to achieve?

Danny
thanks danny for your reply. This is a definition from jellyfish from daniel piker but changed according to my design. I'm trying to have these polygons have different sizes but i could not manage it. may be i can combine this modified definition with using normal attractor points to succed but im a little confused.

Thanks anyway.

A couple of questions:

Do you want the objects to get bigger or smaller the closer they are to the Sink/Sources?

Do you want the objects to rotate as they deviate around the Sink/Sources like stream lines?
I want them to be bigger or smaller as they get close to the sink/sources.
Thank you...
sorry that i am in the middle of your conversation, but i was looking for any explanation how to rotate with attractors :P
