Wow.. What a quick response.  I think my question may have been answered. I'll work with the script posted by Chris for now and see what I can do to tweak it!  

 

However, I attached a rhino file to explain more the direction I'm headed!

That's fantastic!  It's a great starting point.  However, my rhino model gets a little complex.  I'll definitely use this as a starting point.

 

I'm new at grasshopper.  How do I even start to link the polygons?

Get onto the Geo component and rigth click with the mouse. -Set onto multiple gepmetrie- link the cruves bey selecting in the rhino window.
