algorithmic modeling for Rhino

rotating individual fins

Hey, I have managed to create a reactive surface comprised of open components and now I have placed a fin in each component. I want each fin to be able to rotate independently based on a variable (for example their distance from a point or from a given angle) but as of now I can only get the entire group of fins to rotate, not individually. I appreciate any help I can get. thanks.
