algorithmic modeling for Rhino

rookie question: how to rearrange a list.

so i have a 10x10 grid of points, with each offset to diff z value.

10 points are grafted as one, so there are 10 grafts.

what i wanna do is to draw a some polylines that connect these points in x-axis and y-axis.

Now the polylines only connect in one direction (a line connect 10 points from each brunch)


how should i do smtg to the data tree, so that the polyline can connect the points at index 0 of each branch, and so on..
