Roof rotation

Hej everyone,

I am having trouble reading a tutorial. And although it is about ladybug and octopus I am having problem with the first part - how to make the roof rotation - which is basic grasshopper. I can't figure out the expressions used.

I am trying to do the roof rotation like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6c32kZN19FU&index=10&list=P...

I have attached my definition so far - if anyone could help, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Notice that although it could be very easy to make "a roof" out of a rectangle ... it could be utterly pointless .. er ... hmm .. since buildings are a bit more complex than that.

That said the Method used is not (AFAIK) available as GH component: Imagine various surfaces (not necessarily sharing a common edge). If these "engulf" a closed space then the Brep.CreateSolid Method makes a closed (or more) Brep.

So in this occasion the Method works against all the Brep Faces AND a Planar Brep made out of the Planar section Curve. Depending on the topology one or more Breps are made (accessed via the available index slider).

Quite handy I confess.
