The picture and the file don't quite match up, the file contains a closed surface. Is that surface the result of the collection of closed horizontal loops? Do you want to create the ribs from this surface? Are you looking to create the vertical slabs or the horizontal louvers?

How far do the horizontal ones extend? And where are they placed? At a specific height above the ground?

i attached you the file, the structure has a height of 3 meters high and take two horizontal ribs 1-1 meter and the other to 2 meters, the width of the rib hosizontal is the same as that of the vertical structure like the drawing.
