rhino sdk

Hi, I downloaded the rhinoDotNetSDK and tried to open the RhinoDotNetDocs.chm file. However, the file displays 'Naviagation to the web page was cancelled' I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem might be or how to solve it? I found these instructions online:

"If you use Windows Vista and cannot see the contents of the help file when you try to use it, then you need to unblock the content. To do this, go to Windows Explorer, then right-click on the Rhino.NETDocs.chm file and go to Properties. On the bottom of the General tab, click on the Unblock button. "

However, I was unable to find such an unlock button

It should be there. I had the same issue with another help file (RhinoCommon I think), and following those instructions unblocked it for me. What you may want to check is the current control settings in the UAC. Having those settings too "strict" can limit the capability for things like this to be unblocked, or even things to be installed correctly. Sometimes when something needs a different level of access it will prompt you to allow it, but sometimes it won't.
