RGB to Lab problem

Hello there. I need to be able to split color intwo L, a, b parameters in LAB space. For this I used this 

easyrgb.com

and

RGB_to_LAB

but althrough rgb to XYZ works properly, XYZ to Lab does not. Moreover, somehow it hits alpha channel, what I cant get...

Maybe someone knows the sollution
