Revolving a 'closed' filleted curve

I am trying to revolve this closed, filleted curve, but it is not working. And I don't know what's going on:

1. Why is the filleted curve not 'closed'?

2. Even when it is closed, Radius == 0.092 e.g., I get an 'Invalid Brep' when revolving it.

3. Revolving a rebuild curve gives an untrimmed surface.

How can I get a closed brep for the filleted curve here?
