algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello every body !
I just wonder, how could i reverse the U and V coordinates of a surface in grasshopper ?
Is it possible ?
And second question, why "dim" (Surface-analysis-dimensions) is an approximate u and v surface dimensions? because i don't need an approximate but the real dimensions !!!

Maybe this image below can answer your second question?
The component can only measure one U and one V value, but there are two edges for each. So it seems that it takes the maximum intervals. I could be wrong but this is my best guess.
