Reverse Slits and Follow Curve for Waffle

Hi I am looking to reverse the slits for this definition and also make the Waffles from Y Axis follow the curve of the center surface. Any one mind helping, I was told to use a reverse slot z axis, and Slice component to define a custom slice pattern via planes, but i am relatively new to GH, where do I find this options?
