Reverse engineering Theatres on the Bay

Hi all.

I am trying to reverse engineer a particular image from the Theatres on the Bay, Singapore.

This phis particular image indicates openings towards say a point attractor and fully closed flat further away.

so far this is what i have gotten.

I have only been able to get the point attractor to pull the shading higher towards the point whilst all the others stay low. The problem i have is making the panels that are further away be a fully closed panel that isn't just a small lift in a shade...basically what is shown in the theatres on the bay image.

Any help would be great!
