Retopologize Hexagonal

Hello dear comunity. Its been a long long time since I have been wondering this question. Its possible to retopologize a MESH imput into a HEXAGONAL surface.

Not by projection or in a planar surface but rather in a 3D mesh. I am here Uploading a picture of a mesh that (for example) I will retopologize in a hexagonal pattern.

is it possible?

There is Dualgraph component to do that. But rhino doesnt support "ngons".

Meshes are made up of triangle faces or quad faces,any number of faces beyond this count is Ngon. Here is a link explaining ngons.
