Restricting and extending to certain line

Hello Grasshopper profs, another question please..

I am trying to experiment with the layout of the buildings (rotate them at certain angles)on this map and wonder how may i restrict the buildings to extend through the road line or it reach it if it doesnt

(basically i want it to be fitted within the boundaries of proposed building site. Please advise and see image please. if i am not clear please let me know.

So when they overlap the roads, you must move them...

They also intersect each other when rotated so need to be spaced further apart.  This is easily accomplished by adding a 'Spacing' factor.

You have to understand the code to modify and extend it!
