algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello guys,
After seeing many examples of responsive surfaces I've decided to give it a try. I have no problem populating a surface with a given geometry. But my question is how to get the populated geometry to react to an input, lets say an attractor. Do i need to break that gemotry to its basic components? I don't know if I'm clear enough....
Any ideas, thank you

Maybe this will be more clear. I have a geometry populated over a given surface, using the morph box component. Now I will like to orient this objects to a point rotating over a circle. Any ideas?

See the file attached.....

thanks

You can try setting up an Orient component - make sure that you unitize the vector if you require a consistent component scale.

Thanks Dirk I'll give it a try...
