Reroll after unroll?

Is it possible to reroll a surface after unrolling it?

I have a number of glass surfaces that are single curve surfaces, all cylindrical. We had to unroll them to correct the edges for fabrication. Though it is not entirely necessary to reroll the surfaces for our project, it would be extremely useful to do so to compare the 3d geometry after manipulation.

Would anyone have any idea on how we could go back to a curved surface from a flat surface? There doesn't seem to be anything in the SDK that could do this...
