algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone,

I want to repeat an object (rib)* for n.th times. I've done it with move every time and I know there should another way to do so with sliders. Also, I have another solid object starts from first rib and ends with the last rib, so how can I make these ribs with slider and make this solid object fixed with first and last ribs ?

thanx

*The rib's section is rectangular

Thank u v.much

They're very clear definition. I'm trying to apply it, but i still don’t understand how I can shift the copies to make a series from these objects, like array in 3d max, I mean the second object starts from the end of the first object and the 3rd one starts from the end of the 2nd on and so on . Anyway I appreciate your help.

regards
