Re-Ordering Lists

I am having trouble figuring out a method to re-order the items in a list I have created from several other lists. What I have is a number of points that I would like to draw an Interpolated curve through, yet when I input the point set as my interpolation points, I can not control which points are chosen as the start, middle and end points. Any tips or hints? I have attached the file for reference.
