If you are using the newest Kangaroo 0.084 on Rhino 4, then it's a bug.
I am experiencing the same problem.

Yes, there is a bug in the removeduplicatelines component in the latest kangaroo. It's easy to fix, and I'll release an update soon (after I find a place to live!)
