Phew, I think I finally solved this one. Next Rhino WIP release should work correctly.

Speaking of the old bugs - is the Delete key issue addressed in Rhino 6 ? Would be cool to know what is actually causing it.

By delete key issue, you mean that sometimes Escape, Enter and Delete stop working in Rhino?

I don't think so. At this point I'm simply hoping the issue won't re-arise in GH2 when we start using Eto as a UI platform.
