algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hello everybody,
I've made a script in Grasshopper, at the end of my script I've got some terrible breps. When I'm making a mesh from this terrible brep I'm getting also a terrible mesh.
Is it possible to build up a totally new well organised mesh of this with weaverbird?
Other suggestions are also welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Wess

Hi Wess,
this is an interesting topic. The Rhino mesher normally should do this task (if the mesh is not "too terrible" :) . Could you post a picture of the Brep?
Thanks,
- Giulio
Hi Giulio,
My intension is to give the mesh some body, afterwards I want to smooth it down.
I think that I need a clean mesh to reach this.

Thanks RWNB, yes that could be. I did it al with a bezier curve(maybe not that efficient, I agree). I will look to that.
But could you upload your script, so that I can learn something of it?
And can you give your breps rather body?
Thanks, very useful. But what version of grasshopper do you have?
Not al the components are linked together.
grasshopper 08.0007.
because of the clarity i turned off the wire visibility.
Yes, I know but I've an earlier version. 08.006 or something like that.
But thanks, I wil try it in a different way. I will let you know if there is some progress.
then lots of success. i am curious what you do.
when i have the time, i will also try to bind
the principle of this component in a hexagonal grid.
we can further contuinue to exchange.
incidentally, it makes no sense to work with the old grasshopper version.
maybe this should be interesting for you!
