algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Region Union function works only in Rhino 4

Hey, guys, I just found out that the region union for closed curved didnt works in 5 (latest Beta), so I tried in 4 (SR9), and it works. Double checked, the same result, so I am wondering is it a bug in GH 0.9.0014, did you guys also have this problem? or maybe just in my case?

Well, experiment more shows that sometimes this function also fails in Rhino 4 enviroment! I guess its should be a bug, maybe it cannot handle large amount of curves in 4, and totally not functional in 5?
